How FundProp works

A clear path from investment to potential returns.

Every opportunity is designed to make the property, the structure and the journey easier to understand.

01

Choose an opportunity

Review the property, projected income, assumptions, fees, risks and expected timeline.

02

Invest into the SPV

Complete the legal documents and invest into the separate entity created for that property.

03

Follow the asset

Receive updates through operations, potential income distributions and the eventual exit.

What is an SPV?

An SPV is a separate legal entity created for one specific investment. One SPV equals one separate legal entity, with its own records and legal documents.

Where does your money go?

Your money goes to the property-owning SPV for the opportunity. FundProp is the platform and operating business; it does not own your investment money.

Legal clarity

Each opportunity includes legal documentation and independent counsel review appropriate to the structure. Read every document before investing.
